Question: What happens if I get a damaged bath bomb, ring, or broken candle?
Answer: We’ve invested a lot into our packaging to not only be beautiful but also very protective. That being said, sometime carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), can be very rough with the packages and a damaged item can happen from time to time. While this is out of our hands, we will still do our part to replace the damaged item so you can fully enjoy your Scented Treasure. If you have a damaged ring, we’ll replace the ring specifically.
Question: Will Scented Treasures’ rings turn my finger green?
Answer:The honest answer is that very few people have had issues with some of our rose gold plated rings. We had done tests and research on this, which is why we chose copper & took out all nickel from our rings. After having a few rare cases pop up on a couple styles, we researched more and found out some people may have a skin type that releases specific oils that can tarnish the rose gold plated copper rings. We’re working with vendors to completely eliminate this in the future, but our silver colored rings haven’t had any issues & we’ll always provide an alternative ring replacement for any issues.
Q: How do I find the value of my ring?
Answer: Every ring comes with a unique code that you enter on our Treasure Chest. The unique code is actually used to find out if you’re a winner of a $100, $1,000, $5,000 or $10,000 ring which is an additional ring you win.
