Question: Does anyone actually win a $10,000 ring?

Answer: Of course! We’ve had a lot of $100 ring winners which you can see on our Instagram account @scentedtreasureusa. We recently had our first $10,000 ring winner which we are working with them on designing (about a 2 month process), and once we have it complete we’ll share her story.

 

Question A: Are the rings real?

Question B: What are the rings made of?

Answer A: We get this question a lot haha. It really depends on your definition. The rings in the bath bombs & candles themselves are definitely real & beautiful, but they aren’t diamond rings if that’s what you’re looking for, this would bankrupt us at our prices. We work with vendors on unique designs that are affordable enough to offer in our products while keeping as high of quality as possible. We phase out any rings that have production issues, and if your ring ever has an issue we’ll gladly replace it.

Answer B: The majority of our rings in our products are made of white gold (or rose gold) plate copper with AAA zircon crystals. These make for beautiful rings that are also durable, and we never use any nickel in our rings which is the common cheap alternative to sterling silver. We do have a few styles that are sterling silver, and we are working on future lines that would guarantee a sterling silver ring for customers that want to pay a little more for more premium ring collections.

 

Question: Will Scented Treasures’ rings turn my finger green?

Answer: The honest answer is that very few people have had issues with some of our rose gold plated rings. We had done tests and research on this, which is why we chose copper & took out all nickel from our rings. After having a few rare cases pop up on a couple styles, we researched more and found out some people may have a skin type that releases specific oils that can tarnish the rose gold plated copper rings. We’re working with vendors to completely eliminate this in the future, but our silver colored rings haven’t had any issues & we’ll always provide an alternative ring replacement for any issues.

 

Question: Will I get the ring shown in the product picture?

Answer: The rings we use in our product pictures are 1 of the many rings you might find in your product. We use these as visuals on our site, but there are 40+ rings in our classic collection (and growing) that you may get which is part of the fun surprise. For any specific ring collections, there may be 8 – 20+ rings specific to that collection which you can swipe right on the product picture to see.

 

Question: What happens if I get a damaged bath bomb, ring, or broken candle?

Answer: We’ve invested a lot into our packaging to not only be beautiful but also very protective. That being said, sometime carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), can be very rough with the packages and a damaged item can happen from time to time. While this is out of our hands, we will still do our part to replace the damaged item so you can fully enjoy your Scented Treasure. If you have a damaged ring, we’ll replace the ring specifically.

 

Question: Are the bath bombs safe to use?

Answer: Of course! We worked hard on our ingredients to make our bath bombs a premium experience, taking out fillers like corn starch, replacing sodium lauryl sulfate/sulfoacetate (SLS) with sodium-coco sulfate a much better alternative (a lot of hair, bath, and body products use SLS but we found research that suggested it not being great for your skin article) and we use minimal colorants for the fun visual effect which is much less than a lot of the competition, and our colorants are food grade

Q: How do I find the value of my ring?

Answer: Every ring comes with a unique code that you enter on our Treasure Chest. The unique code is actually used to find out if you’re a winner of a $100, $1,000, $5,000 or $10,000 ring which is an additional ring you win. We originally had a message that stated rings were worth $15 - $25 Average Retail Value. This was actually slightly devaluing some of our rings as we did have some that were sterling silver, but as a young company, we didn’t have a way to differentiate the message. Most companies in this industry have a random value given to you that often isn’t a true value. We’re working to have a real system that will show each individual ring value, and we’ll be selling some of these at that value on our site soon!

 

Q: What makes you better than Fragrant Jewels/Jewel Scent/Charmed Aroma/etc.

Answer: We don’t like to speak for other companies or bash anyone as we love the whole concept of ring bath bombs & candles in general and set out to be a part of the industry with our own TLC. Things that we believe make us the best is our quality, our scents, and our customer service. We’ve taken out a lot of filler ingredients in our bath bombs and believe we have the most premium formula. We design beautiful packaging for all of our bath bombs that come in their own boxes. Our ring designs are continuously hand selected by our team and we take all feedback from customers to continue to grow to the taste of what they like and eliminate rings with production issues. Our candles use premium soy wax and are tested on their wick burning, scent that we curate, jar style, and we use 80% more fragrance oil than the average competitor to keep the scent the whole way through. We are working on making some awesome products in 2018 that will be customer driven from surveys and feedback that we are really excited about. Lastly, we have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. We may be biased here but we strongly believe that. While we can’t always be perfect, every member of our team from owner to customer service specialists helps to resolve any issues that may have happened, any questions you may have. We are actively on Facebook Messenger and respond within 24 hours though we often respond much faster 😃
